Once your items have sold, you will immediately receive a sales notification. If Auto Delivery was chosen as the delivery option at listing creation, no action is required and the delivery status of your transaction will be updated to "Delivery Made".
If you selected Coordinated/Manual delivery option at listing creation:
You will need to contact the buyer via ZeusX in-app Chat to manually arrange for the delivery of goods. All communication between seller and buyer must be strictly conducted via ZeusX's app. No off-site contact information should be shared during communications or we will have no way to review fraud disputes
Once the items have been delivered, you will need to update the delivery status to "Delivery Made" on the ZeusX app
Once the Buyer indicates "Good Delivery" or 48 hours later if no action taken, the trade will be deemed completed and ZeusX will prepare the payout process.
