- Sellers are required to fulfil the delivery within their stated delivery time
Sellers need to deliver within the delivery time stated within their listing, unless the buyer agrees to delay due to unforeseen circumstances. Sellers are advised to set a delivery time frame that they can commit and deliver, as advertised on their listing. If a seller fails to deliver multiple times, ZeusX reserves the right to regard the seller as ‘Inactive’ and remove all their listings. - Sellers are not allowed to state personal contacts out of ZeusX (Discord,Whatsapp) in the listing description
Except for certain boosting services where Discord screen share is required, ALL communications between the seller and buyer must be done through ZeusX Chat. Communication out of ZeusX is also not regarded as proof of delivery which will result in significant delays in payment. - Sellers are not allowed to offer/accept offsite trade or payments in any way
Any trade or payment that takes place out of ZeusX will not receive any support, and the seller found doing so will have their ZeusX account permanently banned.
- Sellers are not allowed to cancel orders due to reasons related to bad ratings
Sellers are obliged to make their best effort to complete the delivery despite any circumstance that could result in a bad rating. For example, refusing to deliver an order due to fear of a bad rating from the buyer’s temperament is an offence. ZeusX reserves the right to fine sellers caught performing such offences(20% of the order selling price, example if seller doing this for an $10 order, $2 will be the fine). - Sellers are to remain polite and professional
We strictly prohibit any foul language, hate-speech, and the posting of harassing content, including but not limited to threats of violence. This not only applies to sellers but to buyers and is a bannable offence. Be the bigger person. - Sellers are to list in the correct category and game
There is one exception - if you wish to create a dedicated custom offer (ex. "abc23's Custom Order"), you are allowed to list it in the items section. - Sellers are not allowed to mark an order as delivered until it is fully delivered.
If you mark the order as delivered prematurely when none or only part of the delivery is completed, the buyer is eligible for a full refund in case of a dispute.
8. Seller should be responsive and treat their business at ZeusX seriously
You should check your ZeusX message and email frequently and response to them.
Admin may email you under these circumstances:
(1) On-hold suspended by admin
Majority 4 of them: (Where it same as order suspended email, but buyer will not able to resume them, you or buyer have to contact us)
(1.1)Uncertainty after delivery - Where the goods/products you handover have issue and you hasn't reply or resolve for the buyers.
(1.2)Uncertainty of delivery - Where the handover process in the chat is not clear and buyer didn't submit a review/confirm the delivery
(1.3)Empty chat please submit proof of delivery to support@zeusx.com - Where the order chat is empty due to you conduct the handover/delivery at another chat / bugged
(1.4)Suspected Incomplete delivery - Where the handover details is incomplete or there's no show of handover process.
(2) Payoneer withdrawal for new email payee
(2.1) New sellers
IF you are new with ZeusX or new to Payoneer, you will need to connect/link with us thru an invitation email we send to you (We will send it on the day of payout, Monday and Thursday, if you have connected/linked, you will receive the payment on the next payout). IF you not responding to the email we will reverse your request back to your ZeusX wallet and send a reminder, and IF you keep submitting it without resolve the issue, we will have to temporarily suspend you until the issue is resolved.
(2.2) Inactive/Deactivate Payoneer account
Your Payoneer account had become inactive/deactivated due to compliance check or insufficient documents provided.
(3) Invalid/incomplete bank details (Local Bank Transfer/Ewallet transfer)
This is a complicated withdrawal option where different country have to provide bank details depending on their own country banking system, you will receiving our email to help us pay you IF you are not providing valid information.
These are the circumstances we regularly face and need your help so we will email you,
E-wallet user - Your account number/account name is mismatch/invalid, you are submitted a non supported E-wallet, or your receiving limit is exceed. (Each E-wallet have their incoming transaction limit)
UK seller - Our payout is not supporting IBAN in UK, so we need your bank sort code, if you are not providing them in payout option, we will reversed it and send you an email.
US seller - Your ACH Routing number is incorrect, mismatch with your bank name
Turkey seller - Your IBAN is not supported/Your selected bank/account is not able to accept Turkish Lira
Indian seller - You are not providing valid IFSC code
Brazil seller - You are not providing valid Bank account type/Bank code/Branch code/Tax ID
Canada seller - You are not providing valid bank info, Financial institution number and Transit number
Korean seller - You are not providing valid bank code, or the bank you submitted is not supported
European seller - You are submitting wrong country, IE Belgium IBAN to Germany payout.
Other countries seller - You providing wrong swift code, you submitted wrong country, you providing a name with too many special characters that we can't recognize to help you correct it.
Other issues - You are submitting bogus/invalid address, or short form of your region/state where we couldn't recognize to help you correct it.
We will send you an email and stated the issue, and reverse your request back to your ZeusX wallet, but IF you keep submitting it without resolve the issue, we will have to temporarily suspend you until the issue is resolve.
(4) Your selling products / payout info is mismatch with your application
You are selling products/submitting payout destination where that is mismatched with your seller application.
You are required to answer the questions we sent and providing us relevant documents so we can unban/pay you.
(5) Payout/Bank Compliance check request or changed of Tipalti(Paypal) payout details.
(5.1) Compliance check
Your withdrawal transaction had been randomly selected by our payout partners/banks for compliance check, and the info you submitted during your seller application wasn't sufficient for us to answer them so we will email you for assistance.
(5.2) Changed of Payout details
You changed your Paypal/Tipalti(Paypal) info, so we had been notify, it's required your cooperation to answer them as soon as possible else your account will become unpayable. PLEASE do not change it unless it's necessarily.
Please check your email frequently and treat the business at ZeusX properly and take this seriously, reply your buyer properly, on time and provide them a good service, and check your email.
