The overwhelming majority of transactions occur successfully. Contact the Seller first via Chat, as usually it may be a small and genuine issue (e.g. mistakes in login details provided etc).
If still unresolved, report an issue within the trade platform (its a red button) and email us at email@example.com to escalate. Do not update it with Good Delivery and complete the transaction!
Please be reminded that we cannot protect or help you in disputes if communications were taken out of ZeusX (e.g. Discord). Always keep all transactions and messaging in-app to avoid scams!
