All sales are final at ZeusX and refund will not be given unless the item is not delivered, or what was delivered is not working or as described. For such cases, buyers are covered under ZeusX Guarantee.

Buyers shall only confirm GOOD DELIVERY of the order after the item received is verified to be as described in the product listing and in working condition. The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the purchased Goods and/or Services if no claim, issues and/or complaints is raised or made by the relevant Buyer to ZeusX within 48 hours of the delivery. Refunds will not be given for orders which are finalised and completed.

Refunds will also not be granted for any of these reasons:

Buyer's regret

Purchased item has been re-sold elsewhere

Account or item was properly secured after transfer of ownership (subject to circumstances)
- Account or item was not properly handled after transfer of ownership (clicking unidentified/phishing link, sharing account information with others or using hacks/mods/unfair advantage in game-play lead to a ban)
- For mutually agreed refunds between the buyer and seller, the account/item is not returned to the seller in good condition
- Buyer contacting game authorities ie. submitting a ticket to Riot to change regions, contacting Epic Games Support
- Buyer communicated with seller out of ZeusX (e.g. Discord). Conversations taken out of ZeusX will not be accepted as evidence in the event of a dispute
Fraudulent claims
Fraudulent claims may include:

A buyer filing a chargeback via payment processor after receiving their purchased item

A buyer filing a chargeback via payment processor after rating and completing the purchase
Buyers who file fraudulent claims are subjected to consequences and in addition, we reserve the right to permanently suspend the buyer's account under the return policy. If the received item from a purchase is not according to the listing description, please open a dispute while the transaction is still ongoing. If you encounter issues with the item after completing the transaction, please contact ZeusX Support before charging back through your payment processor.
