After 'Good Delivery', the transaction is required to be manually reviewed by our admins for additional security and may take a up to 7 days to appear in your balance. The better your reputation as a seller, the faster your earnings will get approved.
Withdrawals happen on Monday and Thursday where you should expect most of your earnings to be approved the day before withdrawal day. We try to accumulate all earnings to be approved at once to smoothen the process.
Example:
Seller A sold his account and buyer marked 'Good Delivery' on Monday
Expected time earning will be approved - Wednesday
Seller A sold his account and buyer marked 'Good Delivery' on Thursday
Expected time earning will be approved - Sunday
- Order has just been completed/confirmed less then 7 days before withdrawal day.
- Order has an ongoing dispute/uncertainty in the chat, and there is no delivery confirmation by the buyer
As you sell more and climb up your seller rank in ZeusX, your on hold duration will be shorten.
Example: Platinum tier seller on hold duration will be less than Gold tier seller and Gold tier seller on hold duration will be less than Silver tier and so on.

Why is my money still 'On Hold' for 1 week more? there only written in a few days, but mine on hold for 1 week more(solved, already received the money, but don't know why it can be more than 1 week)

New sellers be informed that typically “a few days” implies 2-5 days, in some cases can lead to a week/or greater
What happened zeusx now? Previously it took me 2 days but now 5 days the status is still on-hold
likely to combat against fraudulent acts on their website 1 week seem to be the norm

Support not replying
I’ve waited 1 week and still haven’t received my money. I’m not sure why it’s still not in when its obvious that the buyer confirmed that I delivered their item and hasn’t made a complaint. Please help, I need the money
I’ve waited for 20+ days for my payment and it’s still on hold. Contacted and Reported this issue to customer service. They contacted me back saying they’ll show this to the team but never got an email ever since. It’s been 10+ days since they emailed me, I’ve emailed them asking for updates but no response. Someone help me.
